How to simplify the management of a charity whilst centralising its tools?
This is the question we will address during our presentation at the Assemblée Générale de Café-Echo le 3 avril
Drawing on real-world experience, we will demonstrate how Odoo can help improve efficiency, organise information and streamline day-to-day tasks.
On the agenda: an introduction to the differences between the Enterprise and Community editions, as well as a look back at Café-Echo’s decision to opt for an open-source and accessible solution.
We will also highlight Odoo’s modular approach, using real-world examples of member management, the website editor and its use for newsletters as part of an ‘all-in-one’ solution.
Finally, we will present several tools developed for the association, including a member directory module and a simple PDF generation module provided by Yotech.
A presentation rooted in the realities of the voluntary sector, illustrating how a modular solution can be tailored to specific needs whilst remaining accessible.
It will also be an opportunity to discover Café Echo: an association that brings together local entrepreneurs and business leaders to meet regularly, exchange ideas and share their experiences in a friendly atmosphere.
