Workshop: understanding and reducing digital dependency in your organisation

This workshop, organised as part of the 11ᵉ Salon des Collectivités, offers an opportunity to reflect on digital uses within local authorities.

Local authorities use numerous digital tools on a daily basis, often from GAFAM, without always measuring the interactions or the multiple dependencies, whether they be platforms, service providers or practices specific to each agent.

Often adopted as a matter of urgency to meet specific needs, these tools accumulate and generate confusion, coordination difficulties, risks for RGPD compliance and organisational fragility.

Faced with these challenges, the European Union is encouraging the use of open source, sustainable and interoperable alternatives, designed for global and controlled management.

This short, practical and participative workshop invites you to question your uses, to better understand them, and to envisage solutions adapted to the local public service.
